My name is AJ Blue, and I am the Associate Head Strength and Conditioning coach for The University of North Carolina's football program. Since the very beginning, sports have always played a major role in my life. Like many athletes, I suffered injuries that kept me off the field; so much so, that my dreams of playing pro became non-existent. But I found a new love, a new passion, and a new purpose in helping athletes become mentally and physically the best they can be. You being on this page is a testament to my hard work and perseverance. I'm headed into year 9 of perfecting my craft. I am USAW & CSCS Certified.
